Kadin is a creative design professional with 10 years of progressive experience in design, construction, selections and client relations. He has a B.S. in Architecture and a B.S. in Construction Management. Kadin worked in marketing for community outreach for developments and individual homes, and has been a professional member of the AIBD (American Institute of Building Design) since 2015. He has extensive knowledge of codes, local jurisdiction regulations, and different local community guidelines. Kadin has designed numerous homes along the Grand Strand, and has helped project manage homes along the time of construction.
