Paragon is operated by a seasoned team of professionals. With principals that each average over 30 years of experience in the fields of banking, architecture, and construction. At Paragon, we believe project success begins in the planning and design phases, well before construction. We are available to assist with all phases and aspects of your project, including planning, design, budgeting, offering advice on financing, and building. Our goal is to make the construction process simple, orderly, and fulfilling for our client.

PLANNING + DESIGNING
Paragon’s team includes in-house designers and builders with over 100 years of combined experience managing complex design and build projects. Our expertise and approach provides clients with a simplified, seamless process and thus a creative and fulfilling construction experience that may otherwise seem daunting. Paragon’s many years of design and construction experience also ensures that your home will be built to meet the requirements of the coastal environment, taking into consideration weather, climate, geotechnical factors and more.

MANAGEMENT + CONTROL
Paragon practices open book accounting with a thorough estimating process built on an extensive database. Long before the building process is initiated, we provide a detailed estimate with over 100 line items. This same estimate provides the basis for cost control and tracking in the field. We also provide clients with regular reporting on their project’s progress. With our estimating capabilities, we are able to discuss options and alternatives to align the building program with the client’s budget.
