Seaview loop

Seaview Cottage began as a spec house for a developer, but was ultimately acquired and became a custom home. The home was built on an extremely narrow ocean front lot, bordered by a public beach crosswalk. To compensate for the narrow lot, the vertical envelope was exploited, which offers spectacular ocean views from the third floor perch and second floor porch. The see-through interior stairs and many windows provide a sense of space and light.
